Overview
IT experts at the management and execution levels deal with a variety of IT projects that have a combination of software, hardware, communication, and information, and are defined, developed, delivered, and executed by one or more teams. Managing these projects may have significant difficulties. The purpose of this course is to acquaint IT students with the concepts of managing IT projects. In this course, students will learn how to work as an executor, manager, consultant or supervisor in the management of IT projects from definition to implementation and from delivery to maintenance.
